The Midwest Ministers'
Fellowship is made up of
pastors and ministerial leaders
who come alongside their
peers to help meet whatever
needs they may have in their
pastoral journey – be it spiritual, emotional, relational,
educational or financial. These pastors are just as likely to
be receivers of encouragement and godly counsel as they
are to give that gift to others.

environments that lead to fruitful

Drawing near to the heart of
God while giving one's self to
others in ministry produces a
pastoral life well lived.

A key factor in a healthy pastoral life is establishing
safe, accountable relationships with peers who can
come alongside when the pressures of the pastoral life
arise. Other factors are continued spiritual formation and a
strong, healthy family.

A variety of components make up
the Fellowship's peer ministry
including monthly worship/
fellowship gatherings, contacts
with new pastors, consulting,
people resources (including
handling substitute pulpit duties),
annual retreat, collaborations
with other ministries, ongoing
education, and counseling
services. The greatest ministry,
however, occurs when two
Fellowship participants meet
informally over lunch to share and
pray about concerns and victories.

The monthly MMF meetings begin at
9:30 am and are held at the Hilton
Garden Inn located at I-70 and Little Blue
Parkway in Independence, MO.
A complimentary lunch is provided.
There is no cost to attend, but
reservations are required. Reservations
for this months meeting must be
received by noon on Thursday, April
17th.
